📅 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations within the notice period may result in a cancellation fee (e.g. 50% of the service cost)
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings

⏰ Late Policy

Please arrive on time so we can give you the best service.

  • A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed
  • Arriving later than this may result in:
    • A shortened service, or
    • Cancellation of the appointment with the cancellation fee applied

💳 Deposits & Payments Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment
  • Deposits go toward the total service cost
  • Remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment
  • Accepted payment methods: (cash, card, bank transfer, etc.)

🧼 Health & Safety Policy

For everyone’s safety and comfort:

  • Please do not attend your appointment if you have contagious conditions (fungal infections, warts, open wounds, etc.)
  • If nail conditions prevent safe service, the appointment may be refused or rescheduled
  • Tools are sanitized between clients, and hygiene standards are strictly followed

✨ Service Guarantee / Repairs Policy

  • Any issues must be reported within 48–72 hours
  • Repairs within this period may be free or discounted (excluding breakages due to impact or misuse)
  • Repairs requested after this window will be charged

👶 Guests & Children Policy

  • To maintain a calm and safe environment, extra guests or children are not permitted, unless agreed in advance

🎨 Design & Extra Charges Policy

  • Nail art, long length, repairs, or removals may incur additional charges
  • Please send inspo photos in advance so time and pricing can be confirmed

🤝 Respect Policy

Respect goes both ways.

  • Rude, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated
  • The technician reserves the right to refuse service without refund if boundaries are crossed

📸 Social Media & Photos Policy

  • Finished nails may be photographed for portfolio or social media use
  • Please let us know if you do not consent to photos
